Collaboration

The Authority is required by the Police Act 1996 to publish that it has entered into collaboration agreements. In this regard the Authority has entered into the following collaboration agreements:

C. Project Athena - Two collaboration agreements (procurement and operations) were entered into in 2011/12 between Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Herfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk Constabularies and Police Authorities for a 10 year call contract for an integrated software and hosting solution consisting of 4 modules covering investigation management, crime and intelligence, defendent management and case and custody.

D. A collaboration agreement between Cleveland Police Authority, Cleveland Constabulary, Suffolk Constabulary and Suffolk Police Authority was entered into to allow the secondment of the Deputy Chief Constable to Cleveland Constabulary with effect from 17 October 2011.
