Performance Management Group
The Performance Management Group is responsible for considering issues in relation to the performance of Suffolk Constabulary.
Membership: Five members of the Authority. Currently:

Number of meetings: Five scheduled during 2012.
Terms of reference:
- To give preliminary consideration to the performance of the Constabulary.
- To report upon the performance of the Constabulary to the Authority.
