Barry Bailey – Head of Business Management

Barry joined the team in April 2003 following a career in local government in Suffolk involving member/committee services and finance, personnel and general administration.

As Head of Business Management, Barry is responsible for business support to the Authority and its committees, including budget management, member support and general administration. He is the Authority's lead officer for diversity and supports the Suffolk Independent Advisory Group (IAG).
